"Staff didn’t really help me"
I went in expecting at least a little help, but nobody really stepped in or seemed interested in assisting me. This is where it got annoying because I was clearly looking for support and just felt ignored the whole time.

"Cost More Than I Expected"
I was interested in trying it out, but the prices ended up being higher than I expected. It might be fine for some people, but for my budget, it just felt a bit too pricey.

"Not really toddler-friendly"
I picked this up because it was labeled safe for toddlers, but once we opened it, some of the pieces looked a lot smaller than I expected. I ended up putting it away quickly.

"Felt overpriced for what it was"
I kind of got the impression from the whole setup that this was going to feel a bit more premium, but it really didn’t. The toy was fine, just nothing that stood out, and once shipping was added, the total felt too high for what I actually received. Maybe I expected more based on the price, but it didn’t feel like great value to me.

"Decent idea, but not great for the price"
I got this balloon animal kit for my kid because it looked like a fun little activity, and at first it was. But compared to other balloon kits we’ve tried before, this one just felt cheaper. A few of the balloons popped while we were blowing them up, and the pump didn’t feel very sturdy either. Shipping was fine and it showed up without any issues, but the actual quality wasn’t really there. Next time I’d probably spend a few extra dollars on a better set.

"I didn’t have a great experience ordering..."
I didn’t have a great experience ordering from this store. The website was kind of confusing, and it took more effort than it should have just to figure out what I was doing and get the order placed.
After that, the updates were slow and not very clear, so I ended up having to reach out myself to ask what was going on. The response didn’t really clear much up either, so the whole thing just felt messy and frustrating. I don’t think I’d use redballoontoystore.com again.

I tried reaching out for help with my order, but the replies were slow and super brief. It felt like they didn’t really care about helping me. I can’t imagine other customers would feel great dealing with that either. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

"Box showed up completely smashed"
I’ll be honest, I mostly noticed the packaging when it arrived because the box was totally crushed. The wrapping was ripped up and messy too, so that’s really what stood out to me.

"Fun for a while, but not the learning I was hoping for"
I ordered from redballoontoystore.com because I was looking for toys that would help my kid learn while playing. Some of the items were cute and my child did enjoy them for a little while, but they felt more like regular toys than anything that really encouraged thinking or skill-building. I guess it made me realize I’m looking for toys that spark curiosity, not just keep them busy for a few minutes. The site itself was easy enough to use, but overall I was a bit disappointed since the educational value just wasn’t really there for us

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered a small gift thinking it would get here in time. It didn’t. The tracking just sat there for days, barely any updates. Kind of stressful, honestly. I ended up having to run out and buy something else last minute. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the delivery part? Not reliable for me.

"Didn’t last through the weekend"
I got this toy thinking it would be a fun little surprise for my nephew, and at first he was really excited about it. Unfortunately, it cracked after just two days of playing with it. It looked cute and seemed fun, but I expected it to hold up a lot better than that.

"Showed in stock, then suddenly wasn’t"
I ordered a toy because the site clearly said it was in stock, then a few days later I got an email saying it was unavailable. What a joke. If it’s not actually available, why let me buy it in the first place? Frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll bother ordering from them again.

"Everything was actually correct"
I got my order today and, i was kind of expecting at least one thing to be missing or mixed up since it was a few different toys. But everything was there and exactly what I ordered. I have to give them credit for that. Happy with it overall, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Easy spot for kids’ gifts"
I ordered a toy from Red Balloon Toy Store for a birthday gift, and it ended up being a big hit. I was trying to get it done between errands and making dinner, so I didn’t want to overthink the whole thing, and it was easy to find something fun. I’d definitely use them again next time I need a gift for a kid.

"Hard to use, which felt a bit unfair as a customer"
I was trying to buy a toy, but the site was frustrating to use. Some pages loaded strangely, and when I got to checkout, it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next. I think it’s only fair that customers should be able to complete a simple purchase without having to guess their way through it. After a few minutes, I just gave up.

"Return process made me a bit cautious"
I ordered a toy, and once it arrived, it just wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. Nothing dramatic, but enough that I decided I’d rather return it than keep something I wasn’t fully happy with.

The return instructions weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked, and I had to email more than once before I got a proper answer. The exchange option also felt slow and a little confusing, which made me feel like I needed to keep track of everything just in case.
They did eventually respond and sort it out, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it took more effort than I expected for a simple return. I’d be more careful before ordering again and would probably double-check the return details first...

"My kid was over it in no time"
I ordered a few toys from redballoontoystore.com thinking my kid would be super excited, but come on now, he played with them for maybe 10 minutes and then just walked off. They definitely looked way more fun online than they ended up being in person. For the price, I expected them to hold his attention a lot longer. Disappointing, and I don’t see myself ordering from there again
